Chesapeake Charm Bed and Breakfast room rates are per night, double occupancy plus state sales tax of 5%, County Occupancy tax of 2% and Town Occupancy tax of 3% effective July 1, 2007. These taxes are subject to change without prior notice due to legislative actions not under our control. Reservations may be guaranteed with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. There is a 2 night minimum for every weekend Memorial Day thru Labor Day with special event and holiday weekends being a 3 night minimum. Credit cards will be charged for reservations made within two weeks of the arrival date.
